Luke Hulcombe brings more than 20 years’ experience of Banking and Mortgage Broking industry knowledge to Coastal Lending Hub.
Known for his calm approach, clear communication and commitment to great outcomes, Luke has consistently been recognised as a high performer throughout his career. He strives for all clients to feel supported, informed, and confident from the first conversation to settlement. As a long-term local, Luke enjoys the Sunshine Coast lifestyle with his wife and 3 kids. Much of his spare time is spent chasing his kids around their various sporting activities!

Lydia Watson has spent over 16 years in Banking, Insurance and Mortgage Broking, supporting homeowners Australia wide with her wealth of industry knowledge.
Lydia is passionate about guiding clients through the entire loan process, with clear communication, relative solutions and helping them feel confident in their financial decisions. Problem solving the most complex of situations comes naturally to Lydia, who also juggles business ownership with motherhood, making it easy for Lydia to relate to the constant evolving needs of families and business owners.
